We aim to provide efficient and effective service and take any problems that do arise very seriously indeed to ensure that any problems our customers may have are identified quickly and dealt with in accordance with our customer comment/feedback handling procedure.

All of your treatments are scheduled for specific times in the day to allow you to make the most of our facilities and maximize your experience. Your treatment times will be confirmed to you when you arrive.

Please Note: It is the client's responsibility to be ready for their treatment at the allocated time. Nirvana Life Coaching Co. Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays the client experiences in getting to the centre and if a client misses their treatment appointment due to arriving late and after their specified appointment  time, then Nirvana Life Centre cannot guarantee being able to re-schedule their treatment. Where possible, we will always try to re-schedule any missed treatments, however, this will depend on the capacity on the day and the client may face losing their treatment without a refund.

Cancellation and Refunds

24 hours notice must be given to change the date of a booking without penalty.

Nirvana Life Centre cannot be held responsible for instances where treatments are either shortened or cancelled as a result of late arrival; in these instances no refund will be given.

Sometimes we have to cancel a booking for reasons beyond our control, such as building restrictions. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and will do everything we can to offer you an alternative date or time. We regret that, in these circumstances, Nirvana Life Centre cannot offer a refund on any expenses you may incur in relation to the cancelled booking.

The Company’s policy regarding refund against cancellation is to issue a credit note towards the treatment, programme, training course or any of Nirvana Life Centre’s other products or services you may wish to attend within 90 days of the booking. Deposits are non-refundable.

General

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and to make amendments and/ or modifications to these Terms and Conditions of Use and Access of the Website at any time which will take effect immediately. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that you use the Website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you).
